Transcripts are available to former HSC students by request for employment or post-secondary education purposes.

The College will forward the required documents on your behalf; however, to complete this step, we require either an email address or a physical mailing address for the receiving institution, along with any other relevant information that must be included (for example, the student number for the institution or other identifying details). Please note that mailed copies of physical transcripts are sent using regular mail only.
 
Please allow two full business days for your request to be processed. We kindly ask that you do not submit duplicate requests, as this may delay processing times further. Please also make sure to add transcripts@hsc.on.ca to your safe sender list after submitting this form.
