At Hillfield Strathallan College, our faculty and teachers offer personalized learning through Junior, Montessori, Middle and Senior Schools, along with exceptional co-curricular activities.

We are one College with four schools and an enrolment of over 1,200 students across Montessori, Junior, Middle and Senior schools.
Hillfield Strathallan College (HSC) is one of the largest independent, co-educational day schools in Canada, located on the Niagara escarpment in Hamilton, Ontario. Our students hail from many communities within the local area and beyond, with a group of international students in our Senior School Global Studies Program.
At HSC, we are dedicated to fostering partnerships with students and families to help each child reach their full potential. Recognizing that all students learn differently, we make a concerted effort to cater to individual learning needs and styles. We focus on project-based learning and our curriculum is tailored to each student's age and stage to encourage independence, resilience, and active participation in both the HSC community and the broader global community. In the development of the whole child, students participate in a broad range of co-curricular activities in the arts and athletics. With that said, we offer a variety of camps, including summer camps, march camps, and focused camps designed to keep students engaged and continue learning as an extension of their education. At the same time, community service and leadership programs instill in students the skills needed to become leaders of tomorrow. These experiences empower students with the necessary skills to become leaders of tomorrow. Our school is committed to fostering global awareness, creative and innovative thinking, interdisciplinary perspectives, information literacy, communication skills, teamwork, cultural understanding, lifelong learning, the effective use of technology and much more.
