The HSC Campus Store Online
Thank you for visiting the HSC Campus Store online. Please refer to the FAQ page for useful information regarding our store policies.

Please note that prices and quantities are subject to change. A Campus Store representative will be in touch if there are any changes to your order once placed.

  • What is the status of my order?

    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to outline the details of your purchase and fulfillment method (shipment or pick-up). 

    Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send you another email to confirm the expected date that the order will be available for pick-up and/or delivery date depending on the option selected.

  • What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

    After your order has been received, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order whether the item is sold out and timing on when new stock may arrive. For orders that cannot be completely filled due to lack of stock, we will process a refund for the out-of-stock item to your HSC account.

  • Can I change my order?

    We can make changes to orders for pick-up and on orders that have yet to be shipped.

  • Where do you ship?

    Currently, we are only offering curbside pickup.
  • How long does it take to prepare my order?

    Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process. Pick-up time will be confirmed and the maximum wait timeline would be 5 days from order.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Online we accept payment using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
     
    Our in-store purchases offer additional payment options such as charging to student account or payment by debit. In-store appointments for purchase of items can be made by contacting our Campus Store team. 

  • Is sales tax included in the purchase price?

    Our listed prices include all relevant and required taxes and each item posted on our online store includes the most up-to-date pricing. If, for any reason, there is discrepancy between online and in-store pricing, the list price as posted in the Campus Store will be determined as the correct price; once adjusted for sales taxes.
  • Do you accept returns?

    All returns must be processed in person at our Campus Store.  Please contact one of the members of our Campus Store team by email campusstore@hsc.on.ca or by phone at 905-389-1367, ext. 112 if you are in need of processing a return. 
     
    We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

    - The item(s) shouldn't have been used in any way and should be in the same condition as when originally sold 
    - The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery and/or receipt of goods
     
    Uniforms
    Uniforms can be returned/exchanged provided that they have not been used or worn and are in the original condition as purchased. This should be done within 30 days of the original purchase of the item. Please make arrangements for return or exchange by contacting our Campus Store team by email campusstore@hsc.on.ca or by phone at 905-389-1367, ext. 112

    Textbooks
    Textbooks for courses purchased that have been dropped or changed can be returned or exchanged at the store. Arrangements can be made by contacting our Campus Store team. 

  • Can I exchange an item?

    We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at the Campus Store.

    Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
